Selena Gomez, officially single and dating here and there, spent her Valentine’s Day being a third wheel to the best of company: her good friends Anna Collins and Fox Atticus Martindale. Collins shared three photos of the Valentine’s Day dinner she had with her boyfriend Martindale and Gomez. The three dressed up, Gomez in a chic black dress, and enjoyed a homemade cake topped with strawberry roses.

Martindale and Collins actually lived with Gomez in her California house in summer 2019. “After a whole summer of being roommates, Anna, Fox and Freddy have gone home and I’m missing them already,” Gomez wrote on her Instagram in September 2019. “I get to live life with the best people. I’m pretty freaking lucky.”

Gomez has been shooting Only Murders in the Building in New York City all winter. Martindale and Collins appear to be there with her.

As for Gomez’s love life, the singer was last linked to NBA player Jimmy Butler in December. A source told Entertainment Tonight in mid-December that they were dating casually. “Selena has enjoyed hanging out with Jimmy, but she is keeping her options open in terms of guys,” the source said. “She is comfortable dating, but also comfortable being single. She’s not rushing into anything whatsoever.”

“Selena is focusing on what makes her happy and what feels good to her—whether that’s a relationship or not,” the source added.
