The 32-year-old author also shared a sweet photo of Chris, 42, caring for her and the baby.
Katherine included a closeup selfie showing her modestly made-up face while little Eloise clutched one tiny hand at her chest.
The daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger appeared to be breastfeeding her daughter, who had on a black-and-white outfit and was wrapped in an orange blanket.
The self-help author was wearing a simple black bra for the photo, along with some gold and diamond necklaces.

Among the photos was a cute image of Eloise’s chubby legs. She had on cream-colored striped onesie with cute socks featuring pinks bows by her ankles.
One snap showed a child’s hand reaching for a small flower growing between concrete slabs, though it looked as if it was Katherine’s older daughter Lyla, one.

Just days after his second daughter Eloise with Katherine Schwarzenegger was born, Chris up about his daughter and his beloved wife.
The Jurassic World actor and his wife welcomed Eloise in late May, their second child following Lyla Maria, 21 months.
The actor was all smiles on the red carpet for his premiere of Jurassic World: Dominion in Los Angeles, where he opened up about his newborn daughter and wife to E! in a new interview.
The actor was asked how the newborn’s ‘baby droppings’ compared to the ‘dino droppings’ in the film, which Pratt answered with a laugh.
‘Luckily they smell worse than dino droppings, but they’re much smaller. They are much more manageable,’ Pratt joked.
When asked if training a raptor will be easier than potty training his kids, Pratt gave credit to his wife.
‘Katherine just has the most amazing maternal instincts. She’ll be able to handle most of that, I think. She just really knows what to do. I’ll follow her lead.”
Pratt is well-known for his love of snacks, creating a ‘What’s My Snack’ Instagram series on set, as he opened up about how his kids are influencing his snacks.
‘Lately I’ve been eating a lot of pizza and tater tots everything off my kids’ plates,’ he joked.
‘I cook them lunch and they only eat half and I think “Well, calories don’t count if it was on their plate.” It’s a lot of chicken nuggets and fries and tater tots,’ he added.
The snacking has taken a bit of a toll on his waistline, though, adding he wasn’t even sure if his suit would fit.
‘I stopped being on camera when I wrapped Guardians [of the Galaxy] 3 a few weeks ago,” he said.
‘I tried my suit on today and I was like ‘I don’t know if this thing’s going to fit anymore,’ he joked.
Pratt has played Owen Grady in 2015’s Jurassic World, 2018’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and the highly-anticipated Jurassic World: Dominion.
When asked if we might see Owen Grady again, Pratt said, ‘It seems like this is it. It feels like this is the end of the Jurassic World franchise and it’s also the end of the Jurassic Park franchise, kind of culminating in this massive finale.’
