A man has been convicted for 120 days and told to stay 150 yards away from the star after a relative spotted him creeping around her house

Justin Bieber ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez’s stalker has been jailed.

Juan Garcia, 19, was arrested outside the actress’s house at the end of January.

He pleaded no contest in court yesterday but was found guilty of trespassing.

According to TMZ.com, he will spend 120 days in Los Angeles County Jail.

The obsessed fan has been told to stay 150 yards away  from Selena, 21, on his release and has been put on a three year probation.

Police previously revealed that a family member inside Gomez’s home in Tarzana, Calfornia called 911, saying they had seen someone skulking outside.

Juan told officers whilst in custody that he had travelled from his home in Arizona to see the singer in person

It is not known if former Disney star Selena, who spent two weeks in rehab last month, was at home at the time of the incident.

This isn’t the first time the brunette beauty has been allegedly stalked by someone.

A few years ago Thomas Brodnicki, 46, was ordered to stay away from the singer in 2011 after repeatedly talking about killing her while under psychiatric hold.

He later admitted Selena needed to be protected from him.
