A-List film star, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, responded to questions about whether or not he would run for the U.S. presidency.
CNN reports that according to a 2021 poll, 58% of people said they would vote for Johnson.
That same poll garnered a 58% vote for another Hollywood star, Matthew McConaughey, as Commander in Chief.
Speaking on whether or not he would run, Johnson said that his number one priority at the moment, is being a father to his three children.
The “Jungle Cruise” star has been open about his political affiliations, calling himself a Political Independent and Centrist in the past.
Johnson has also stood up for civil causes, including urging citizens to fight for Black lives after George Floyd’s death in the spring of 2020.
Aside from politics, The Rock’s upcoming film “Black Adam” is set to hit theaters on October 21.
