This 1965 Honda C100 is finished in red and white and is powered by a 49cc single paired with a three-speed semi-automatic transmission. Features include a white plastic front fairing, a kick starter, a Keihin carburetor, a two-up seat, a leading-link fork, dual rear shocks, street lighting, a side mirror, passenger footpegs, and a center stand. The bike was acquired by the owner in 2008, and an oil change and battery replacement were reportedly carried out in preparation for the sale. This C100 is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner at no reserve with a clean California title.
The pressed-steel step-through chassis wears red-finished body panels with white pinstripes, while the plastic front fairing and side covers are finished in white. The two-up seat is upholstered in black and white vinyl and sits atop a 0.8-gallon fuel tank with silver and red graphics. Additional details include street lighting, a side mirror, passenger footpegs, and a center stand. A crack is located on the left edge of the front shroud, and blemishes are shown up close in the gallery below.
Chrome 17″ steel rims are laced to hubs with drum brakes. Suspension consists of a leading-link fork as well as dual shrouded shocks mounted to a stamped-steel swingarm.
The body-color handlebar cover houses a 60-mph speedometer, front turn signals, and a neutral gear indicator located atop the headlight housing. The four-digit odometer shows 3,800 miles, approximately 1k of which have been ridden by the owner. The speedometer is inoperative, thus total mileage is unknown.
The air-cooled 49cc OHV single was factory rated at 4.5 horsepower and features a Keihin carburetor, a kick starter, and a low-mounted chrome exhaust system. A 2023 service is said to have included replacing the battery and changing the oil.
Power is sent to the rear wheel through a three-speed transmission with an automatic clutch as well as an enclosed drive chain.
