Park access is through the Master Association Lakeside Park, along Marsh Hill Rd. This vacation home provides 2 seasonal state park passes with reservations booked to arrive during the summer weeks (mid-June to Labor Day). Each pass allows 1 car-load of people to access the lake access area at Deep Creek Lake State Park at no additional fee, plus nearby state parks including Swallow Falls State Park, Herrington Manor State Park, and New Germany State Park.
