The chef from Sutton Coldfield, West Mids said:
“I just froze in fear when I saw him and the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end. My friend and I thought we were seeing things and had to double check by putting in the zip code.
Google’s information says it was filmed in April, so it wasn’t even Halloween. I also looked for nearby conventions on that date and nothing. It’s not fake either, as you can see there are reflections on the car.
