What To Expect From Ant-Man 3’s Kang The Conqueror
Kang the Conqueror is a massive step up from Ant-Man’s previous adversaries and that’s by design. Marvel Studios wants to subject the often underestimated hero to this experience to highlight how capable he actually is. Unlike He Who Remains who had morals, his variant is clearly scarier and brazen. As Janet mentioned, he thinks he’s a god, which makes him more dangerous.
Marketing footage for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has kept specifics of Kang the Conqueror’s Quantum Realm situation under wraps. But it’s clear that he is trapped in the dimension and needs the help of Team Ant-Man to get out. Kevin Feige has also confirmed that he doesn’t have access to his full powers while in the Quantum Realm.
To make things more interesting, however, Team Ant-Man aren’t Kang the Conqueror’s only enemies. It’s been previously confirmed that he’s also in conflict with his variants. Whether or not they will appear in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is still unclear, but it will definitely be an important detail as the MCU moves forward with the Multiverse Saga.
